Voting commences once we have a sufficient number of submissions for the round (usually between 30 and 40). A nomination list is posted a couple of days prior so that any problems can be resolved before the polls are made.

Voting usually lasts 3-5 days. If it comes to a complete stop by the 3rd day, then we may decide to close the round early. In this case, an announcement will be made 24 hours before the closing date.

If there is a personal circumstance inhibiting you from voting within the round, please let me know by u2u and most likely I will let voting go on a little longer. We want as many members participating as possible!

The polls are made in their own sub-forum each month, and users are admitted via an access list. If you are not able to see the forum, it may be by accident that we have left you off the list. If you run into trouble feel free to u2u me and I'll let you in.
